#7 - Groton landscape project
This house was constructed in a depressed area of the property causing severe drainage issues. This problem was resolved in a three step manner:
First, roughly 3000 yards of rock and debris were removed.
The next step included installing a designed drainage system collecting all runoff from surrounding driveways, lawn areas and roof drains.
Finally, an expansive 135 foot wall was constructed from N.E. flat fieldstone to contain the new extended front lawn area. Lights were installed in the wall for added nighttime effects.
